Rebuilt in the first half of the 19th century in a large green park, the Château de la Marie d'Alexain takes place on the remains of a first house destroyed by fire. It takes the form of a main building with sloping ceilings with two lowered pavilions.
The ensemble is located not far from a neo-Gothic chapel with very beautiful stained-glass windows, one of which traces the history of Notre-Dame à l'Essaim. In 1875 a cave of Our Lady of Lourdes was inaugurated there, which opens into the side of the rock.
