The seaport Ajaccio is composed of three entities occupying basins separated by piers and a breakwater.
To the north is the first marina Charles Ornano who has 830 seats including 160 reserved for the accommodation of ships stopover visitors. Water and electricity terminals are located on the pontoons and quays. A crane, a forklift and a fuel station also allows boaters to carry out the maneuvers and work. Information +33 4 95 22 31 98.
In the center then find the commercial port and terminals dedicated to daily connections "travelers" connecting Ajaccio in Marseille, Toulon and Nice and, in season, to Sardinia, Calvi and Propriano.
Each year 1.2 million tonnes of goods pass through the port and 1.1 million passengers embark or disembark from the ferry terminal. Three companies provide connections with the mainland. We should also mention the passenger Mediterranean cruises calling at Ajaccio.

Finally, to the south, the Tino Rossi port connects the marina (300 seats including 150 reserved for passing visitors for boats ranging from 5 to 100 m) and fishing (although this sector has decreased in recent decades).
Note that the platform of honor is reserved Brancaleoni especially the "yachting" and since its renovation, it can accommodate long yachts over 100 meters.
