Any booking must be accompanied with a payment of 30 % of the total amount of the stay, the balance must be settled at the latest 30 days before the arrival for the self-catering ; the balance must be settled on the arrival date for the camping pitch. Failing that, the booking can be cancelled and the initially paid sums will not be refunded to the customer. In case of late booking in self-catering (less than 30 days before arrival), payment of the total amount will be asked on booking. A booking fee of € 10 must be paid on booking for all self-catering stays from 4 days on in low season (before 04.07 and after 28.08), for all self-catering stays from 04.07 to 28.08, for all camping stays less than 4 nights in low season (before 04.07 and after 28.08) and for all camping stays in high season (from 04.07 to 28.08). The proposed stays are as a rule available and subject to checking. For bookings by the booking system Ctout vert, the campsite l'Arada Parc keeps a 72 hour deadline to confirm your booking. The contract will be considered concluded between the customer and the campsite l'Arada Parc only after booking confirmation by e-mail or letter by the campsite l'Arada Parc, the payment due having to be effective. Rates. The rates, indicated in euros, are available on our website, our booklet or on request by telephone to + 33 (0) 247247269. The rates will be confirmed by the campsite at the time of booking. It is up to the camper to appreciate before the reservation if the rates suit him. For the pitches, the all-in rate corresponds to the period of rental of the pitch for the number of people related to the all-in rate, per night. It includes the access to the reception and leisure installations. For self-catering, the rates are indicated per accommodation en vary according to the calendar dates, the durations of stay and the accommodation type. Hey include the indicated number of people as well as the normal consumptions of water, gas and electricity, the parking of one vehicle and the access to the reception and leisure installations, except opposite precisions. The rates do not include : the booking fee, the cancellation insurance (optional), the cleaning service (€ 50 or € 30 depending on the accommodation type, the additional services (additional people, pets, …), the payable activities. The occupation of the accommodation is strictly limited to the indicated number of people. A baby or a child counts for one person. Payment methods. A cancellation insurance, subscribed with the company Gritchen Affinity is proposed as an option, the Campez Couvert insurance can be contracted when booking. In case of cancellation, the client must immediately advise the campsite l'Arada Parc by a written document (mail or e-mail). If the reason of cancellation is guaranteed in the general terms (available on the web site http://www.campez-couvert.com or asking the campsite), please advise the insurance company within the 48h and give all the documents required. Cancellation. In case of cancellation, the client must immediately advise the campsite l'Arada Parc by a written document. Every cancellation means that the following costs are due : More than 30 days before the beginning of the stay 30% - From 30 days to 21 days 50% - From 20 days to 8 days 80% - Less than 8 days 100% - The booking fee and the costs for cancellation insurance are never refunded. Any interrupted or abbreviated stay or any not consumed service because of the customer will not give rise to any refund. In case of cancellation because of the campsite, the entire paid amount will be refunded to the customer. Reception and stay conditions. Upon receipt of the balance of your reservation, you will receive a voucher of stay summarizing the contents of your reservation. Generally, the arrivals are from 3 pm on for self-catering (12 pm for the pitches), and departures are before 10 am for self-catering (12 pm for pitches). The times may be modified for the weekend and four-day weekend packages and will be specified when booking and on the booking confirmation of your stay. No key will be given after 8 pm unless previously asked by the customer. Beyond 24 hours without news from you, the campsite can have your accommodation or pitch, without any possible refund. It is up to the customer to respect the internal rules of the campsite and the swimming pool. The non compliance with the regulation can be the object of an eviction without compensation nor refund. Personal objects or belongings of the customer are a matter of his own responsibility. You have to insure yourself against the risks inherent to the occupation of the accommodation or pitch in case of theft, loss or any other damage which can arise during your stay. The campsite could not be held responsible for nuisances which would come to perturb your stay (power, water, gas or telephone failure, works). The customers will be informed about these possible nuisances on the only condition that the campsite l'Arada Parc is informed in itself. Guarantees. In accommodation, a deposit of € 50 will be asked to the customer guarantee the cleanliness of the accommodation at the start. It will be refunded after checking of the accommodation by us, deduction made of the necessary intervention of the cleaning service. If you do not wish to do the cleaning, thank you for informing the reception about it the day before. This service will be invoiced to you. The contents of each accommodation are listed on an inventory posted in each accommodation, we strongly advise you to check it to avoid any dispute on the day of your departure. The possible observed damage will be invoiced to you. The deposit may also be withheld in case of proven noise (after warning from direction). |
