Camping Sous Les Etoiles Normandie is a small family campsite in the village of St. Martin Besaces welcoming tents, caravans and motorhomes. It is ideally located to visit the picturesque countryside, taste famous cheeses, taste cider and of course the famous Calvados. The peaceful campsite has been designed in English style and is surrounded by a delightful garden. The sites which are delimited with hedges, flowers and apple trees, overlook the green meadows of Normandy. The old farmhouse, tastefully restored retains its charm. North of this place, it is possible to visit the D-Day Beaches where they will celebrate the 70th anniversary this year ; as well as the city of Bayeux with its famous tapestry. To the south is the pretty and historic village of Domfront and the large Normandy Regional Nature Park. To the east, in Norman Switzerland, is Clécy with its miniature train and the Orne, a river where you can practice canoeing and fishing. To the west are the formidable Mont St. Michel and the Cotentin beaches. To visit in the village, the 'Museum of the Percé du Bocage' (Memorial Museum 1944). And, for the boldest, the Bungy Jumping, not far from the campsite ! Camping Sous Les Etoiles offers all visitors a warm welcome and strives to make the visit in Normandy as pleasant as possible.
