The client agrees to acknowledge these terms and conditions prior to any booking request for a stay concerning - Himself and any other person enjoying the stay. According to the law in force, the present terms and conditions are available for the client for information only and - Prior to any contract for holiday purchase. The terms and conditions are available on written request to the - Establishment office. 2) the renting is personal - The renting party shall not sub-let or transfer the rented facilities or pitch to a third party. We remind you that the - Rental accommodation is for a fixed number of persons including children and infants. If the number of persons - Exceeds the planned capacity of the accommodation or if there are persons who are not mentioned in the initial - Booking, your reservation will quite simply be cancelled and no refund will be granted. Any change that could result in a difference in the fee, whether less or more, must be notified on arrival. Should the - Renting party make an inaccurate declaration, this contract will be terminated as of law and the sums paid will not - Be refunded. 3) booking - Renting becomes effective only after the reception of the complete booking contract and after deduction of the - Down payment corresponding to 25% of the total price and booking fees made out to S.A.R.L. camping du chêne. Should the costumer cancel his booking, the down deposit will not be refund. The camping du chêne reserves the - Right not to accept the reservation. Any modification of the initial contrat will cancel it and no refund will be - granted. 4) arrival and departure times - The rentals are available from 4 P.M. onwards on the day of your arrival. An inspection of the premises will be - carried out between 9 A.M. and 11 A.M. on the day of your departure. The pitches are available from 12 P.M. onwards and you have to vacate the pitch before 12 noon on the day of your - Departure. Should the customer not leave the premises before the due time, an extra night will be charged. Any prolongation - Of the stay must be notify 24 hours before the initial departure date as on the contract. You must notify us of any delay in arrival in order to keep your booking open. The manager will cancel your - Reservation and will be allowed to rent out the facilities again if there is no news from you 24 hours after your - Scheduled arrival date. From 10 P.m to 7 A.m, vehicles are not allowed on the campsite. 5) withdrawal and cancellation - The legal dispositions related to withdrawals on on-line sales do not apply to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 - From the French Code de la consommation). For any on-line booking, customers will have no right of withdrawal. In the case of cancellation, you must inform us by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The full price for the rental will be charged by the campsite for any cancellation less than one month before your - Arrival. There will be no refund of the down payment for any cancellation more than one month before you arrival. When - The stay has started, there is no refund possible in the case of early departure on any grounds whatsoever. In the - Event of early departure, the management reserves the right to rent out the facilities again. The days of absence - Will not be taken into account. In all cases, the campsite reserves the right to retain the booking fees. An optional cancellation insurance can be taken out from the FFCP (Fédération Française Camping Caravaning) - on request. 6) regulation and deposit - Renting becomes effective only after the reception of the complete booking contract and after deduction of the - Down payment corresponding to 25% of the total price and booking fees made out to S.A.R.L. camping du chêne. On your arrival, you will have to pay a deposit of 300 € for the rental along with a deposit of € 80 for cleaning - Charges. Without payment of this deposit you will not have access to your rental unit. You must check the unit rented and inform us of any anomaly within 2 hours (inventory or deterioration of the - Unit rented). After this deadline, we will not take it into consideration. The deposits will be refunded to you on the day of your departure after we have inspected the premises. Inspection - Of the premises by appointment to be made in advance at the reception). In the case of departure outside of - opening hours, the deposits will be refunded by post within fifteen days following your departure, subject to - deduction of the value of items that are missing or deteriorated and if necessary, the repair and restoration - Thereof. The rented unit has to be cleaned by the renting party. At the end of the stay, the rented unit has to be left in a - perfectly clean condition. If this is not the case, a sum of 80 € will be retained from the deposit. If you are renting a pitch, you will be required to pay a 20 € deposit to obtain a badge for parking your car in the - Campsite between 7am and 10pm. 7) internal regulation - The renting party agrees to strictly abide by the internal regulations displayed at the entrance of the campsite and - In particular to respect the plants, take heed not to disturb the neighbours with noisy devices and to refrain from - Making any noise from 11.00 P.M. to 7 A.M. Non-compliance with the latter regulation after due warning is given, will result in eviction from the premises without any refund or compensation for the stay. Le Camping du Chêne will not be held liable in the event of theft, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever during or - after a stay. The management will only be liable for items deposited at the reception. Domestic animals (max 15 kg) are admitted to the campsite provided they have been vaccinated (obligation to - present the vaccination certificate on arrival), that they are held on a lead and that they are not kept at the campsite, even if locked inside, in the absence of their masters who have civil liability for them. Dogs of the 1st and 2nd - Categories are prohibited on the campsite. Walking the dogs on the premises is forbidden. Visitors are admitted into the campsite under the responsibility of those who have invited them. They must - Introduce themselves at the reception on arrival with the person inviting them and pay the entrance fee. Visitor's - Vehicles are not allowed on the camping and will have to be parked outside. Utility of commercial vehicles are not permitted on the campsite. Dual axle caravans cannot access the camping. Children are under the responsibility of the adults that are responsible for them. Le Camping du Chêne will not be held liable in the event of theft, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever during or - after a stay and also for breakdown or out of order equipment. For your personal guarantee in the event of theft, loss damage of your personal belongings or rentals-camping facilities, you will need your public liability insurance. 8) swimming pool - The swimming pool is open from May the 1st until September the 30rd. The access to the swimming pool is free and for customers only. Users of the swimming pool will have to comply - With hygiene and security rules. Pets are not allowed on the premises of the swimming pool. The camping will not - Be held liable in case of an accident on the swimming pool premises. Footbath and shower are compulsory before - Getting in the water. It is forbidden to access the swimming pool with shoes, or food, drinks and cigarettes. It is not - Allowed to run on the pool-beach, to dive or jump in the water or disturbing other people using the swimming - Pool. Respecting the rules is compulsory for all the person on the campsite. Swimming is not supervised and - Therefore takes place under the entire responsibility risks and costs of to themselves. Minors can't access the - Swimming pool by themselves, they have to be with an adult who is responsible for them. The camping staff is - allowed to make sure the rules are respected. Failing to respect the rules, the camping can decide immediate - Expulsion of the offender, temporarily or definitively. In the case of false statement from the client, infringement of the rules or the present contract, the renting contract - Will be terminate by full right. Client(s) will be expelled and there will be no refund of any kind. 9) applicable law - These general conditions are subject to French law and all disputes concerning their application falls under the - Jurisdiction of the High Court or Tribunal de Commerce de Nantes. |
