General sales and booking conditions.
Booking implies obligatory acceptance of these conditions.
Read this document carefully, we suggest you print it for better use. If you accept these conditions, please fill in our booking request form, be assured to get our answer shortly.
To check availabilities and to book.
1) Equipment:
All our accommodations are fully furnished, with cooking facilities, refrigerator, all accessories, plates and crockery provided, etc..., garden chairs and table on the terrace. You can bring your own sheets, however if you do not, you will be able to buy some at the reception. You are responsible for cleaning; it will be checked at the time of your departure and a part of the deposit (€50) will be retained if it is poorly done.
2) Price:
The price includes rent (according to accommodation's capacity), water, gas and electricity supplies, parking space for only one vehicle, and access to all services and sanitary installations.
3) Supplements:
Reservation fees: 14 €
Local taxes are not included in our tariffs. They vary according to the number of tenants. They are payable directly on arrival.
4) Vehicles:
During the high season, we can accept only one vehicle per accommodation or camping space. Any additional vehicles will have to be left outside the camp site. Circulation is prohibited between 10h30 pm and 7 am. Campers returning at night after gate's closing hours will have to leave their vehicle outside and enter quietly on foot.
5) Noise and silence:
Clair de Lune is a small camping site which places emphasis on peace and quiet and you will appreciate its tranquillity. You will find no entertainment, on the contrary, the rule here is total silence past 10h30 pm. Please note that no entertainment is provided for teenagers, who will not be allowed to meet inside or in the immediate vicinity of the camp past that time.
6) Visitors and capacity:
For legal and security reasons, the camping site's capacity cannot be exceeded. Consequently, additional visitors in excess of contractual capacity will not be allowed to enter the camp-site. Campers will then have to envisage meeting them outside the camp.
7) Animals:
Animals are not accepted.
8) Booking conditions:
For an accommodation:
For Easter, July and August, per full week only, from Saturday 3 pm to Saturday 10 am, or from Sunday 3 pm to Sunday 10 am.
For a pitch:
For a minimum of one week.
No reservation fees.
9) Down payment:
One third of the rent for all stays.
Full amount of rent for long weekends in May Payment by cheque, money order or credit card possible (by credit card only in the event of late reservation).
Down payments must come with the booking order. Any modification of date, identity or number of persons cancels our agreement. The remaining rent will be payable 15 days before arrival.
Occupation of accommodation starts from 3 pm. It has to be released by 10 am at the latest.
The reservation will be maintained 24 hours after the date fixed in the reservation's written confirmation, unless we are notified of the customer's late arrival. Passed that time we will consider the reservation as cancelled. Full payments will be kept as compensation.
Any booking terminated before the agreed date cannot be refunded whatever the reason.
10) Obligatory surety:
Per accommodation: 100 €, Per camping pitch: 20 €
An inventory is made before your arrival, you have to check it. Any anomaly or damage must be reported to the reception desk within two hours after entering your accommodation. After that time, any damage will be chargeable to you, and we will refer to the inventory to solve any disagreement. Otherwise your guarantee will be returned to you on your departure. It is strictly prohibited to use the beds without sheets Any person not equipped with sheets upon arrival is requested to buy some. Any tenant leaving before or after office hours will have to leave his security. If the state of the accommodation corresponds to the inventory, the security will be returned by post within 48 hours. If, on the other hand, the bungalow is left dirty, damaged, and/or with damaged equipment, an estimated bill will be notified to the customer by registered letter, and a surcharge will be claimed for costs not covered by the security.
11) Cancellation:
Insurance cancellation is free and starts as soon as you have paid 100% of your stay.
It ensures a refunding of 100% in the event of death of a child, father or mother (certificate of the death will be required).
For any other reason that the customer does not have to specify:
If cancellation occurs more than 2 weeks before the date of arrival, 70% of the stay is refunded (except for booking fees).
If cancellation occurs between 2 weeks and 2 days before the date of arrival, 60% of the stay is refunded (except for booking fees).
The refunding will be effective only after validation of the initial payment.
