POLICY

Reservation fees : High season : From 2nd july till 26th august : 20 € (reservation fees are not returnable(1))
low season : From 1st april to 1st july and from 27th august till 11th october (no reservation fees)
reservation of a pitch :
For renting a pitch in low season there is no reservation fee but a 70 € deposit per reserved week is required, which will be deducted from the rental..
For reservation of a pitch in peak season from 3rd july to 20th august, the requested sum is a deposit of 70 € per reserved week.
This sum will be deducted from the total amount of your stay. 20 € are requested for reservation fees. But they are not returnable.
When we receive your reservation request and your deposit by bank transfer, we send you back a confirmation of reservation.
In case of holiday cancellation * more than 30 days prior to your arrival, the entire deposit should be paid except for the reservation fee.
* between the 30th day and the day before your arrival there will be no refund.
Reservation of a mobile-home.
For a rental in low season there is no reservation fee but only a deposit of 90 € for each reserved week.
For a rental betwwen 3rd july and 20th august, a deposit of 120 € is requested for each week reserved.
This sum will be deducted from the whole amount of your holiday. 20 € are requested for reservation fees.
You need to send your reservation fees with your deposit. On receipt your reservation will be confirmed.
In case of holiday cancellation * more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, 25% of the deposit will be charged (1)
* between the 30th day and the 15th day before your arrival, 50% of the deposit will be charged (1).
* between the 15th day and the day before your arrival, there will be no refund (1).
There is no refund for early departure or late arrival. Cancellations can only be approved if sent by mail, email or fax.
Deposit : An 80 € deposit is requested on arrival to cover material damage and habitation cleanliness, which will be returned on departure.
The deposit is not limited; the lodger must be civil liability insured. In case of disputes, the civil court of saint-brieuc is competent to deal with them.
