Booking conditions. A camping pitch. 1. The reservation becomes effective after our agreement upon receipt of the contract signed with a deposit of 25% (deducted at the time of billing), no booking fee. We will confirm your reservation by a phone call or email. Reserving internet is full acceptance of these conditions. 2. The reservation is personal and can not be passed on to other people without permission. 3. The placeholder is available from 14 : 00 on the first day of booking and must be vacated no later than 12 : 00 on the last day of the reservation. 4. The dates provided for by the agreement must be met : each day of delay will be charged and any early departure. If not reported delay any unoccupied location the next day at 12 : 00 cancels the reservation : the location will be reallocated and payments will remain the campsite. Any extension of stay will be subject to an agreement with management. 5. The balance must be paid upon my arrival at the campsite. Accepted forms of payment : checks, travelers checks, cash and bank cards. The deposit paid at time of booking will be deducted from the bill. 5. In case of cancellation without insurance, the deposit will be retained by the campsite as compensation. The Deth - Potz site offers cancellation insurance, optional interruption in your lease. Our Affinity Gritchen partner agrees to reimburse all or part of the stay only to customers who purchased the insurance Camp cloudy. If canceled with cancellation insurance, notify the campsite of your cancellation upon the occurrence of an event preventing your departure by mail or email. If the loss is provided in the terms and conditions (available on http://www.campez-couvert.com site or from the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and documentation. 6. Each customer must respect the rules of the campsite displayed at the reception. 7. Caution ! We allow a maximum of 6 people, 1 vehicle per site. Your equipment must remain in the square that was assigned to you. 8. It is the camper to insure. The campsite declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft, fire, bad weather… And in case of any incident concerning the civil responsibility of the camper. 9. Are accepted that animals vaccinated, tattooed and leashed (except 1st and 2nd category). They have to do their business outside the campsite. The health book, tattoos and vaccination certificates are required. 10. Image rights : You authorize expressly and without consideration camping Deth - Potz to use on any media photos of you or your children might be taken during your stay for the advertising needs of the campsite. The mobile home is available upon arrival from Saturday 14h and should be released on Saturday of departure before 10am imperative. 6.
