TERMS.
1 - RATES.
Prices stated include hot water for sanitation and access to the pool, and they are 'all taxes included'
Accommodation rental price includes all equipment, gas and electricity. Sheets and pillows are not provided, so the air conditioning and TV are not available except by special order from you. The services, free or charged, are constantly evolving: please ask us about your needs and wants.

Special offer, rebate, promotion.
The campsite Avelanède can offer better prices depending on periods of stay or reservation, as the means, manner and time of payment. To be fully informed, you can use the online booking service:

Similarly, some reductions may be granted under our agreements with the ANCV, the FFCC, and the ICC, provided you make the request at booking time.
These reductions, unless otherwise stated, can not be combined with our other discounts or promotions.
Means of payment.
You can pay with French cheque, bank transfer or postal order payable to 'Camping the Avelanède' or 'Chic Planet SARL”.
Payments by credit card are possible using the online service of the Secureholiday Web Site.
No credit card can be cashed at the campsite.
At the campsite, the means of payment accepted are cash in euros, the French cheques.
2 – booking rules.
Deposit and booking.
Your reservation is effective as soon we have cashed the deposit and booking fee. The deposit is deducted from the cost of your stay, fees are not.
Purpose of reservation.
The reservation is not mandatory: it is a service provided by the camping to help you organize your vacation. During high season, (wich means the three last weeks of July and the first three of August), the Camping Avelanède may be full, like all others in the region. Therefore we do no overbooking. In return, we want you to ensure us about your day of arrival and the length of stay.
In all cases, the reserved stay is due in full.
In case of late arrival or early departure you will not have refund nor any reduction.
The booking ensures you to have one pitch on the campground, (or one accomodations in the campsite), and avalaible at the scheduled dates.
There are no guarantees that you will have a specific pitch in the campsite or a specific accommodation, but any one of the same class or the same cost.
Of course, we will do our best to satisfy you. Let us know about your expectations.
Once on the spot, if the camping pitch (or the accommodation) does not satisfy you, we will try, whenever possible, to find an other one, that will better match your needs and wants.
Accomodation guarantee deposit.
For mobile homes rentals, a guarantee deposit will be required.
The amount of bail is 350 € for a regular mobile home and 400 for a 'confort' one. You should give us a valid credit card, or a French cheque.
The cheque will not be cashed, but returned at the end of your stay. The reference card will be used to ask a pre authorization. No amount will be cashed without clear justification, and in the event of actual damage. A detailed invoice will be compulsorily provided.
You should provide the bail at any time at your convenience, on the day of your arrival at the latest.
3 cancellation.
Cancellation must be made in writing: letter, fax, or e-mail.
We do not offer cancellation insurance. You can get one from the FFCC or ICC.
In case of cancellation, the reservation fees are not refunded.
In case of cancellation, deposits are not refunded, and the entire stay is due.
Change of dates.
If you notify us at least 45 days in advance for rentals and at least 15 days for camping pitch, we propose to defer the deposit amount, or the whole prepaid stay (excepted the Reservation fees), on another stay to your convenience and according to availability.
For all other cases, including contingencies, we invite you to purchase your own insurance. The FFCC, also the ICC, offers this service to their members.
3 - rules of procedure.

Your booking constitutes acceptance of these rules.
There are two simple principles:
• The freedom of doing anything that does not harm others.
• Respect for the environment, which means minimize the pollution. This also includes visual and noise pollution.
The following express the main points of regulation.
Camping site.
The pitch must be clean and free of trash. It shall remain unchanged in any way: no digging, no building, no gutters, fences, plantations should be there when you leave.
Usually the pitch must be left available before 12h. This is mandatory when a customer needs the place. In the natural area and more generally for all the remote locations of sanitation (and indeed for everyone) it is forbidden to dump detergents in nature (soap, detergent, toothpaste, the contents of chemical toilets, etc...).
Mobile home rental.
Stays go from Saturday to Saturday 15 hours 11 hours. Adjustments may be allowed based opportunities, but they are often difficult in high season. In low season, you can rent for one night at a time. It was agreed that the mobile home is entrusted to you in clean condition and use. If this is not the case, any defect or failure must be reported as soon as possible and no later than the next day of arrival before 12h. It was also agreed that the mobile home will be clean and in good condition for use at the time of your departure.
'quiet camp' policy.
Any person present at the site undertakes to respect the rules especially regarding the quiet night. For this purpose it is particularly recommended that parents ask their children to return to their accommodation at nightfall or, at the latest, at cutoff lighting (between 10h PM ad 0h, depending on the sunset time)
As a campsite, Avelanède is deemed a calm one. By booking your stay with us, you commit yourself to avoid producing any noise, especially between midnight and 7h AM. You have to make special effort for discretion, as soon as 10h PM and until 9h AM.
waste, garbage and waste.
It is forbidden to throw or drop any waste into the camp. We particularly draw your attention to the packaging of candy that your children might inadvertently throw.
Containers are located at the beginning of the access road to the camp. Given the extent of the camp with only 100 pitches over 12 hectares, the garbage may seem far removed. This distance is a significant element of comfort. You should pack your trash and deposit them in containers.
Extra bins are in the camp, near health facilities and playgrounds Those extra bins are not designed to receive all your waste. It is prohibited to deposit waste on a full bin or aside. You should pack your trash and deposit them in containers.
SMOKING.
We encourage non-smokers to be tolerant with smokers. However, the smoke is not the only inconvenience of the cigarette: There has also a butt. We invite smokers to pay attention to non-smokers and use ashtrays for cigarette butts and ashes, and that in all circumstances.
The laws and rules of the Republic have banned smoking in any buildings, even it is open : lavatories, rooms, bar, dining room (there is a smoking terrace bar and restaurant). For the same reasons, it is also banned smoking in mobile homes.
PETS.
Pets are admitted free. As the owner of the pet, you are them sole guardian in every circumstance. You assume complete responsibility and will watch and care it constantly. Similarly, you ensure the cleanness of your pet, including the collection of waste that could occur in the camping.

In rentals, you ensure that your pet causes no damage. In any case the owner can not leave the pet unattended.
5 - liability of camping.
Conditions of stay.
We have an obligation of means.
It is used that any claim, relating to the conditions of your stay, should be expressed on the spot, so we can find an immediate solution. Otherwise, the stay will be deemed to have taken place under good conditions.
Incidents or accidents.
In case of accident, Laws and rules define the respective responsibilities of the campsite and its customers.
