Just above the coastal plain in the Aspres, foothills to the Pyrenees, we offer: relaxation by the pool – we'll bring the cold drinks and food, jacuzzi spa, excellent hill-walking from the door, outstanding freedom for cyclists and mountain-bikers, maps, picnics, lifts and ideas provided, fresh local seasonal food served every day, with a selection of local wines and juices. There are 3 rooms, 2 doubles and a twin room, which can be adapted easily to be a single. One double is en suite, while the other double and twin share a spacious bathroom and make an excellent family suite. All 3 rooms have doors out onto the terrace, giving each room separate secure access. The price is 68 € per couple per night, full breakfast include, but this reduces to 63 € for 3 or more nights. Separate rates for children are available on request. This terrace and the area around the pool offer excellent opportunities for relaxing on chair or sun bed, in shade or sun. Meals can be taken al fresco in a number of places, and evening meals are available on request. Guests have commented on the wide variety of activities, all within easy reach. Choose from swimming, windsurfing, kayaking, climbing, hiking, canyoning, cycling and mountain-biking, tennis, golf, horse-riding and trekking. The ski slopes are just over an hour away, the beaches just 35 minutes. The southernmost part of France is the department of Pyrénées-Orientales. You have the choice of the Mediterranean coast with wide, clean sandy beaches or rocky coves, the dramatic Pyrénées and gentler foothills, historic sites and cultural treats, the vibrant historic city of Perpignan, and peaceful countryside with vineyards and orchards. Or visit Spain just 30 minutes away.
