Il Monticello is a privately owned stone villa full of charm and character situated on the Plascassier hill near Grasse, the world capital of perfume, about 20 minutes from the international airport of Nice, and some 15 minutes from Cannes. The villa has three comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a terrace. The welcome is warm and the atmosphere friendly. The villa is surrounded by a large Provencal garden with plenty of flowers and shade, offering a beautiful view, a large swimming pool and a private parking. The calm is absolute yet everything is within reach: 7 golf courses, tennis, horse riding, shops, railway station, etc. High tech is not missing: broadband access to the Internet (ADSL) is available via a wireless LAN (WiFi). English and German spoken. Rates : from 75 to 100 € (depending on the room and the season) per night and per room, continental breakfast included.
