Charming stone house, independent of the owners' house, the Maison d'Hotes Lavigne has 3 double rooms: On the ground floor is the bedroom Yucca (2 people) and private bathroom. Upstairs, the chamber Peony (2pers 1), the largest, which can be rented separately or suite with the Rose Room (2 people 1), and en suite rooms bain. Les two do not communicate with each other and give each on the landing. The toilet is upstairs and is common to all three bedrooms. The breakfasts are served in the Lobby Lounge with terrace and a large garden of 2000 m². Quiet, only 15 minutes from Bordeaux, St Médard Eyrans is also served by the train from Bordeaux (Gare St. Jean) in 7 minutes, or one can then travel by tram. Between the vineyards of Graves and Pessac Léognan, and on the edge of the Entre deux mers, it is a strategic foothold to explore the region (wine route, route des Chateaux, and of course St Emilion Bordeaux) - Not to mention the other face of Aquitaine: the Arcachon Bay (3/4h), the ocean beaches (1 hour)
