POLICY

General conditions for guest rooms.
Conditions:
The tenant, who signed this contract concluded for a fixed period, could in no circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises after the rental period.
Sheets and towels are provided.
For long stays, the cleaning of rooms is done every 3 days on demand. Outside these times or if necessary, minor equipment maintenance is available.
The ancillary facilities (indoor pool, terrace...) are strictly reserved for guests only and under their sole responsibility.
It is forbidden to smoke or eat in the rooms.
It is prohibited to use the terrace tables for your personal restoration.
It is forbidden to bring drinks in the rooms and eat locally.
Pets are not accepted.
Reservations.
The reservation becomes firm when the reservation is returned, signed by the dient, with a deposit of 25% of the rental amount and this within 10 days after shipment of the lease.
Pool hours.
The pool is open between 10am and 12am in the morning and between 16h and 19h in the afternoon.
Table d'hote.
Possibility of dinner (reservations required) - price: 20 € / 10 € adult / child.
Menu: Entrée - food - cheese - dessert and 1 / 4 of wine per person.
Fermé les mercredi et dimanche soir.
Cancellation.
Cancellation by the client.
All cancellations must be notified by letter or email to the owner.
If the guest room is booked for a stay, the deposit remains with the owner. The owner may request the balance of the price of accommodation if the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the scheduled date of arrival.
No presentation client: If the client does not appear within 24 hours after the scheduled start of the stay, the contract becomes void and the landlord may dispose of his guest room. The deposit remains with the owner who asked for the balance of the price of accommodation.
Interrupted stay: In case of shortened stay, the price reflects the cost of accommodation remains with the owner.
Reducing the number of tenants: Unless prior written consent of the owner, no reduction in the number of tenants in relation to that specified in the contract may result in a reduction of the rental price initially determined.
Cancellation by the owner.
In case of cancellation by the owner, for reasons of force majeure, it shall repay to the tenant.
