Les Eaux Tranquilles is located in an acre of private park at the foot of the Pyrenees. Located between the hamlets of Belvianes and Cavirac, just 4 km south of Quillan on the banks of the Aude. Established since 2001 Les Eaux Tranquilles Bed & Breakfast is set in the heart of Cathar Country in the Aude, Languedoc-Roussillon in the south-west France. Ideally situated for exploring the Cathar country and its castles, ancient gorges (the closest are located just 2 minutes), the sixteenth villages, vineyards and much more while remaining close to the coast (Narbonne and Perpignan) as well as ski resorts (Font-Romeu (50min) Mijanes (27min) Les Angles (37min) and Puyvalador (31min)), this makes Les Eaux Tranquilles ideal for holidays. This area is known for activities such as whitewater rafting, canoeing, kayaking and hydro as well as walking, biking, hiking, horseback riding, Quad bikes, fishing and of course there are many things to see in the area. During the summer months, breakfast and dinner are served on our large terrace which has stunning views of the gorges of La Pierre-Lys and the peaks of the Pyrenees.

POLICY

General Provisions.
The tenant shall in no circumstances invoke any right to maintain occupancy at the expiration of the lease originally scheduled, unless approved by the owner.
No modification (erasure, ...) will be accepted without the agreement of both parties.
The owner agrees not to disclose to any third party any information of any kind on any medium whatsoever, the Tenant may have to give him the opportunity to implement this control.
These latter provisions are however not applicable if the request for information comes from the administrative authorities and / or the courts.
Deposit.
A deposit is required pior to your reservation. This will be between 15 and 25% of the value of the booking plus the cost of all meals ordered the first night.
Cancellation.
All cancellations must be notified by letter or telegram:
- When the cancellation is received more than 90 days before entering the premises, the landlord shall return within 30 days of cancellation the full deposit paid by the tenant.
- If the cancellation occurs within the range of 60 to 90 days before entering the premises, the landlord shall return within 30 days of cancellation 75% deposit paid by the loco to anger.
- If the cancellation occurs within the range 30 to 60 days before entering the premises, the owner situates within 30 days of termination '50% of the amount.
- If the cancellation occurs within less than 30 days before entering the premises, the owner retains the full amount of the deposit paid by the tenant.
The owner recommends that all tenants take cancellation insurance vacation.
Payment.
All payments must be made in Euros by French personal check or cash.
Payment must be made the night before departure.
Arrival.
Please arrive between 16h and 22h.
Departure.
Please from your room before 11h.
