Validation of a booking / conclusion of the contract:
The reservation becomes effective only upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. With payment of the 30% client automatically accepts terms and conditions. The deposit must be guaranteed with a credit card number. Exception: For one single overnight stay, the deposit required is the entire amount. Booking confirmation will be sent (detailing benefits deductions) by email or mail.

Length of stay:
The tenant signing this contract for a fixed period shall in no circumstances invoke any right to maintain occupancy at the end of the stay.
The breakfasts are included. Some rooms can be prepared to your liking with two single beds.
Prices include all taxes in euros.
All other costs (Internet streaming, options, extras catering, etc... Not included in the contract) will be settled at the end of stay.
The client can not claim any compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the room originally reserved by the customer for a room of the same quality or better. In such cases, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.
Arrival / Departure:
Arrival time: The client must report the exact date of booking. Rooms are available between 16h and 20h. If you arrive late or delayed, thank you to inform us.
Departure time: the day of departure, the room must be vacated at 11h. Any occupation beyond these time periods may result in additional charges.
Payment of the balance:
The balance is due upon arrival. Consumption and additional services not listed in this contract will be settled at the end of stay.
Lifestyle, use of the premises:
Compliance with a certain lifestyle is asked of all guests to ensure the tranquility of the place and everyone's comfort. The interiors of Petit Hotel are completely non-smoking. The customer agrees to respect the house rules. The client agrees to leave the rooms in good condition at the end of the stay and to declare and pay financially, any potential harm which he could be responsible. Children are the sole responsibility of their parents.
Disorder and nuisance: When a customer causes harm to other clients or the integrity of installations or decoration, his stay may be terminated immediately and without compensation, without any right to claim for compensation of Petit Hotel.
The kitchen is not left to use by the guests.
It will be specified in the existing contract whether the client may or may not stay in the company of a pet. In case of non-compliance with this clause by the customer, the Petit Hotel can refuse animals. This refusal can never be considered a modification or termination of contract by the client, so that in case of departure of the customer, no refund can be considered.
This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of clients exceeds this number, the Petit Hotel is able to refuse the additional customers. This refusal can never be considered a modification or termination of contract by the Petit Hotel, so that in case no refunds can be envisaged.
Interruption of Stay:
In case of interruption of the stay by the customer, the price reflects the cost of accommodation as fully vested in Petit Hotel. Additional, not consumed benefits will be refunded.
All cancellations must be notified by letter, telegram or e-mail sent to Petit Hotel, 5 Blvd Lamartine, F-34340 Marseillan or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the Hotel Petit will return the deposit.
In case of cancellation between the 30th and the 21st day before the date of arrival, the deposit of 30% shall be retained as compensation.
In case of cancellation between the 20th and 8th days before date of arrival, the hotel will debit the credit card provided with 50% of the amount of the booking - minus 30% for the deposit retained.
In case of cancellation between the second and seventh days before date of arrival, the Petit Hotel will debit the credit card provided, with 75% of the amount of the booking - minus 30% for the deposit retained.
If canceled later or date of no-show, the hotel will debit the credit card provided, with the rest (70%) of the amount of the reservation.
Special offers are not transferable and non refundable.
Primacy of French:
The parties agree that the version of the general conditions in French takes precedence over all translations written in another language. The terms and conditions in German and English are just compressed versions.
These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. These terms and conditions shall be autmatically accepted upon payment of the 30% deposit.
