Le Capistan guest house lies in the Dordogne Valley, in a small village ideally situated within the nature reserve of the Lot départment - the Parc Naturel Regional des Causses du Quercy. As you travel through the region, you will be enchanted by the everchanging landscape of cliffs, forests, walnut orchards and meadows. Le Capistan is located on the outskirts of the village of Lacave, in a deep valley surrounded by fields and woods, overlooked by cliffs where birds of prey soar to protect their nests. Close to Rocamadour and Sarlat, and only a few minutes from the N20 trunk road, you will easily be able to reach the many touristic and leisure sites of the area. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, mostly undiscovered, and with a wealth of varied landscapes, many of which can be explored within a short walk from the house. At our spacious old stone house, blending rustic rural charm with modern elegance, we welcome you to stay in the cosy comfort of bedrooms which can sleep up to ten people, a lounge, dining room, terrace and large shady gardens.
