This is a property called by the bourgeois 'locals' The Little Castle Laugère, certainly because of its size. The main building, very unusual and avant-garde for its time (early 20th) was built by its original owner, who also owned the nearby sawmill, wood materials with main... The property consists of three buildings: • The house we occupy and which you can receive for meals (either in the dining room or terrace according Weatherman...) - • The dependencies where are the gym and sauna. • A second home, Berry typically composed. 1. A cottage with a front enclosed garden of 150 m². 2. A separate guest room at the back (approx. 25 m²) with a small garden terrace... The set has been completely renovated by us and is open from 1st April! The guest room 'With Madame': You will find a small table and chairs and a fridge with some cold drinks (not included) and coffee, tea and herbal tea on the house. So you can have meals at our table or make the choice to be served in your room! The bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine (dryer) so you can stay a few days more comfortable and a changing table if you came with baby... Equipment baby / children are available upon request. The guesthouse 'Despite Mr. ' It consists of a main room with open kitchen to dining room and lounge with a wood stove and a walk-in chamber that allow access to an enclosed private garden equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Upstairs a second lounge 'TV corner' with sofa bed and a bedroom with dressing room, a children's room and a bathroom. You will find several TV with vhs & dvd player (as well as K7), a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, ironing board... And all the baby equipment. The property also consists of a park of a hectare on laquel you'll soon find (late may) an indoor heated swimming pool with swim against the tide and its beaches (loungers, parasol and sun shower of freshwater). Take advantage of already boules and a playground for children and adults (swing, slide, sandpit, trampoline...). In addition: gym with sauna and beauty treatments coach and massage well be through the participation of external interveners! We also offer a table with a warm and friendly and varied local cuisine with fresh products, keeping in mind to live local producers. The vegetables will be from our own garden or a farmer who grows organic Charenton! You can also prepare the menu with us!
