The house : Authentic wooden Alps chalet from the 18th century, entirely renovated, situated at 800 m high in the Beauges natural parc (protected area). The chalet is situated just between the ski stations (Margeriaz, Semnoz) and the Annecy lake (you will be 20 mn by car from both sites) - The chalet is located in a 1700m² garden, and has a fantastic view on the Annecy lake, the surrounding mountains and the typical little villages around ! Description of the chalet : - 1 independent entrance. - 3 rooms (2 double rooms and 1 twin room) - 2 bathrooms. - 1 living room. - 1 dining room (capacity : 12 persons) - 1 big balcony facing the mountains and the lake. - 1 big terrace equipped with table, chairs and relaxing chairs for sunbathing ! - 1 parking (capacity : 4 cars) - Also at your disposal: card games, ping-pong table, badmington set, etc... Access: The house is situated in the “hameau des Cuniers”, 2 km far from the “Col de Leschaux” on the D912,14 km far from the city of Annecy. GPS direction : 45° 47' 25N / 6° 08' 09 E. From Annecy station : take the road direction « Alberville » till the village « Sevrier », then take on you right at the roundabout, direction « Col de Leschaux ». You will drive 15 mn on the mountain roads, then, when you see the board “Les Cuniers”, turn left. The chalet is the first on your right hand. From Lyon : Highway then exit “Annecy sud” and same as above. From Gevena : Highway, then exit “Annecy” and same as above. What to do here ? Activities that you can do at less than 30 mn from the chalet : - Skiing (cross-country and short ski) : 2 little ski stations : the Semnoz (with a great view on the Mont Blanc !) and the Margeriaz in Savoie (20 mn by car from our place) - Biking : Enjoy biking around the Annecy lake : 35 km of great bike road, 10 mn from the house. - Walking : everywhere here and for all levels (beginners to advanced walkers) - Swimming and relaxing : a lot of beaches all around the lake (10 mn by car) and the pure water of the lake to enjoy ! - Want more ? : paragliding, rollerblades, horse-riding, tennis, water-skiing. - And of course, visit the old city of Annecy, 20 mn by car from the house.
