The Apartment and Guest House have to entrances, parking and jardin. La first has an en suite bathroom. The cottage is located in a fisherman's cottage, renovated with private garden.   Users of the guest rooms can have a garden and a covered outdoor space, in a quiet environment.  Both are located in Port-Tredrez Locquémeau, seafront, 200 m from the beach, and the GR 34. This small fishing port located at the mouth of the river Lannion, between the pink granite coast (Perros-Guirec, Ploumanach) and Morlaix, Roscoff and a little further the estuaries.   We will consider as landmarks:  Lannion (SNCF) to 10 km, Perros-Guirec and 20 km, 28 km Morlaix, Roscoff (Ferry) 40 km Guipavas-Brest (airport) 60 km.   A hiking trail (known as the coastal path) travels tens of kilometers of coastline on both sides of Locquémeau.   Finally we note nearby, water activities andsome riding.
