Colonial Villa 10 minutes from Puy du Fou

A) Responsibilities : Minor children are under the sole responsibility of the adult accompanying persons. Minors alone are not accepted. Any damage will be charged to the tenants. B) General rules of hygiene and safety : The presence of animals is forbidden. Bed linen and towels (sheets, blankets, towels) are at your disposal, nevertheless the products of toilet (soap, shower gel,..) are not provided. In case of extended stay, towels are changed every 3 days and bed linen once a week. It is strictly forbidden to smoke, eat or prepare food in the premises. We ask our customers to limit the consumption of energy and fluid to the strict needs because our villa is eco-responsible notably in producing its energy and water, being neutral carbon and refusing the use of chemicals treatment or disinfection. C) Specific instructions for the swimming pool : The swimming pool is only reserved for people who are healthy and able to swim. Children are under the supervision and responsibility of the parents. The swimming pool is not heated during the low season (from 1 October to 31 May). Its access is via a staircase in the north part, the dives are only tolerated at the southern end. A shower is obligatory prior to its use. Commissioning of the balneotherapy nozzles and the cascade must be requested in advance and limited to their strict use. D) Specific instructions for the hammam : The hammam is only reserved for adults and healthy. It is therefore not recommended for pregnant women or those suffering from cardiac or circulatory disorders. For hygiene reasons, the wearing of bathing suits (favoring the proliferation and spread of microbes and germs) is forbidden, so nudity is required. A shower is obligatory prior to its use. Tariffed use of the hammam and related care must be requested in advance. Any session should be interrupted by a sequence of 10 to 15 minutes alternating between steam bath and relaxation. E) Arrival and Departure Policy : Except as agreed in advance, the usual schedules are : E1) on weekdays : arrival after 6 pm, departure before 9 am. E2) on weekends : arrival after 16h and departure before 12h. Nevertheless it may be agreed on different schedules, do not hesitate to make the request. Breakfast is served until 10 : 30 on weekends and until 8 : 30 on weekdays. Thank you in advance for your understanding and compliance with these rules.
