Maison Le Sèpe

Our stay at Le Sepe was just perfect, our hosts so kind and friendly and the Chateau is beatiful. Thank you so much.

This is a beautiful small chateau with two spacious guest rooms, and large indoor and outdoor seating areas. It is an easy 20 km drive from Saint Emilion in the middle of the vineyards. Dominique and his family are lovely hosts. They were very helpful, but not the least intrusive. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts which featured fresh local products. We recommend it highly.

Very rural setting as you'd expect a vineyard to be. Amazingly quiet. Boutique modern styled room & bathroom spotlessly clean. Great bed - slept like a log. Breakfast was great both days we were there. Parking not a problem. Very interesting to see the wine production process - by the way the wine was really good too! Come prepared with an al-fresco evening meal, as there are no facilities in the village & the nearest supermarket restaurant 9 km away. Dominique was a great host and we hope to visit again in the future.

Le Sepe is a gem. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and wish our schedule had permitted another day there. We certainly plan to return!

We spent a very comfortable night in this delightful place nestled amidst the vines.. Our room was beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds and modern bathroom. The owners, and their gorgeous dog, gave us a warm welcome. Improvements? Some signage in the village or clear directions -- we couldn't find the place in spite of asking around- and the taking of the deposit/payment. A card machine is really needed. A lovely, lovely place -- can't wait to go back, and the wine is very good too!
