Situated in a peaceful rural setting within easy walking distance of the centre of Saint-Amand-en- Puisaye (renowned for its pottery), as well as being only 10 minutes by car from the Guédelon mediaeval fort building project and the historic village of Saint Fargeau, Domaine de Varenne is ideally positioned for you to explore north-west Burgundy and the Sancerre wine region. Toby and Linda Belither would be delighted to receive you in the accommodation that they provide in an old farmhouse set within 70 acres of meadows ; there are five guest rooms (including a family suite) all of which are equipped either with their own ensuite bathroom, or shower room. A copious breakfast is provided, which includes home- made jams.
