- The continental breakfast is included in the price of the night, the tourist tax (0,44 € / person / night) is in supplement. A child under 2 years stays free of charge in the accompanying room, beyond, the additional person supplement of 40 € is applied (Moros room only, except in July & August - 2 people max.) - No extra beds (except baby umbrella) can be installed in the rooms. Pets are not allowed. Breakfasts are usually served between 9 : 00 and 9 : 30 - unless otherwise requested. All rooms and common areas of the House are strictly "no smoking", an ashtray is available on the terrace. High season (July and August) : The stay is of a minimum duration of 2 nights. Terms of cancelation : If canceled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of cancellation between 6 and 3 days before the date of arrival, the amount of the deposit (30%) will be retained. In case of late cancellation (2 days before the arrival date) or no show and except in case of force majeure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. For any early departure, except in case of force majeure, the total amount of the stay will be due.
