Other | General conditions of sale - Article 1 / Length of stay - The client signing this contract concluded for a fixed term can not under any circumstances claim any right to maintain the premises. Article 2 / Formalities of reservation - After reception of your reservation, we send you by e-mail - or, in the absence of an e-mail address, by mail - a written confirmation and invite you to pay within a maximum period of 8 days (but by return if it is a last minute reservation) a deposit of 25% of the total price of the stay. Once this deposit is received, the booking becomes firm. By paying the deposit, you confirm your full agreement with the terms and conditions specified below. Please note that without payment of the deposit within the time limit, the reservation is not confirmed and as a result, we reserve the right to recover the rooms. Article 3 / Cancellation of the stay by the customer - Any modification is possible only after the agreement of "Les Marm'hôtes" and may involve additional costs. We inform you that in case of cancellation of the reservation before the beginning of the stay, it will be due, as penal clause by the customer, an allowance fixed in the following way : - if the cancellation intervenes more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit remains acquired as a lump sum. - if the cancellation occurs between 30 and 15 days before the date of arrival the compensation is fixed at 50% of the cost of the stay. - If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the full payment will be acquired at "Les Marm'hôtes", unless we manage to re-rent the room (s). In case of early departure during the stay : total payment of the reserved service. Article 4 / Cancellation Insurance - We draw your attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in our rates. Article 5 / Cancellation of the stay by the owner - If, before the beginning of the stay, the owner is led to cancel the reservation, he must immediately inform his client. The customer will then immediately and fully refund the sums he has already paid. Article 6 / Time of arrival - The client must appear on the day specified when booking, from 17h(time of availability of rooms) and before 19 hours. The customer will inform by telephone in case of arrival outside these hours. If the customer arrives by train at Aime station, he must specify it as soon as possible and confirm the arrival time by phone the day before at the latest. Article 7 / Time of departure - Rooms must be vacated by 10 am at the latest. Article 8 / Payment of the balance of accommodation - The balance of the stay is to be paid on the day of departure. The tourist tax is a local tax collected by "Les Marm'hôtes" and donated to the town hall of the Côte d'Aime. It comes to add to the price of the stay. Article 9 / use of the premises - In order to guarantee the tranquility of the places and the comfort of the hosts of the Marm'hôtes, the respect of a certain "art de vivre" is required of all. In particular, it is requested not to smoke inside rooms and common areas. The client agrees to make the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare systematically - and to assume financially - any degradation of which he would be responsible. The attention of guests is drawn to the fact that minors on the property are under the sole and complete responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them. Les Marm'hôtes will not accept any liability for loss, theft and / or damage or injury to property and / or persons on the property, for any reason. Article 10 / Animals - Animals are not allowed.
