Les Sabots

My wife Marie and I spent one day (and night) at Mr and Mars Trask's marvellous cottage situated right in the heart of the magnificant Suisse Normande. Kim welcomed us very heartily and took us to our enchanting bedroom superbly equipped with all the amenities you may wish for. We had an exquisite dinner and we shared a very pleasant evening with Kim, whose personality is very open and sociable, and with her delightful and so well-mannered husband. We had a three-course meal which was absolutely delicious. The next morning, breakfast proved to be as wonderful, with very good local bread, croissants, home-made jam, very good tea and coffee. It was for us an exceptional experience and we will definitely come back to Les Sabots. The house is a wonder and the garden is unique. You feel very comfortable in the house and the atmosphere which reigns in it makes you want to stay as long as possible. Kim and Nicholas were very easy and friendly to deal with, answering emails quickly. The house was easy to find and there was a very warm welcome. The rooms are very private with separate stairs and cot was provided for 2 yr old. Ensuites to both rooms were a bonus. Beautiful garden, good facilities and very good value for money. Here for 2 nights as rest of family staying inlarge house nearby. So peaceful.

If you're looking for somewhere really peaceful and quiet to 'get away from it all', Les Sabots has to be one of the best!. Charming hosts, good cuisine, super en-suite bedroom, lovely garden. A great place to chill out. Really good value.

Myself and partner (seasoned pillion - Lesley) went on a Motorcycle trip to Suisse Normandy and stayed at les Sabots for the Week-end. We had a very enjoyable stay, experiencing a warm welcome, luxurious accomodation, undercover secure parking for the Motorbike(including the added benefit of a workshop if any maintenance was required on the Motorbike) and a Beautiful Garden to relax in. We will definitely be going back sometime - and most likely on the Motorbike because the area is great for riding and exploring.

The place is so nice, full of colours and joy ! We appreciated the politeness of Kim and Nick and we suggest this b&B. They were very welcome with us and we felt at home ! Highly recommended.
