Wonderful stay in the heart of the Vosges regionMade to feel very welcome with a drink with the owners in their beautiful garden. Delightful comfy homely bedroom with spacious ensuite. Good continental breakfast. Owners happy to suggest where to eat and book evening meal. We stopped overnight on our way to Switzerland but could easily spend a week there.

Very friendly, basic accommodaionOur stay was only for one night. Marie was very friendly and we had a lovely breakfast. It is a basic, good value for money stay in the countryside. Perhaps good to take note that there is a cat who share the house! Can speak only French so communication was a bit difficult especcially as we had to phone with regard to ouer time of arrival.

Very nice hosts, beautiful garden and landscapeMe and my friends traveled the Vosges for mountainbiking and had a great time at Vasperviller, Le jardin de Marie! The hosts are very pleasant and their meals are outstanding :) Thanks a lot and see you soon, Marie and Christian! @moutainbikers: keep an eye out for trails/paths signposted with a red dot! ;)

We arrived as strangers and left as friends! We could not have been more pleased with the selection of Le Jardin de Marie as our home away from home while we researched my ancestors who lived in the region. Mme Kluchly and Christian gave us a warm welcome after a long trip from the United States. They made a call to arrange for our evening meal right away. The room and facilities exceeded our expectations, very comfortable, clean and quiet with a fabulous view. They assisted us with introductions to those in the area who could help us in our research. By the end of the week we truly felt like close friends and would highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone coming to enjoy this beautiful part of France.

A peaceful retreat with a warm and friendly welcomeWe only stayed for one night but the welcome we received was so friendly. Our hosts got up at 6.30 to prepare a wonderful breakfast for us as we had to leave early. They even provided extras for our children to take for the journey! The cottage is a little off the beaten track (which we loved) and has the feel of a family home. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a taste of 'real France'. We loved our stay and would have liked to stay and chat with the hosts for longer.
