Clos de Bartinquie

We discovered this chambre d'hote in June 2013 and stayed for a week. The facilities are superb and the location is a tranquil paradise but the real value of this 'diamond' are the owners Beatrice and Jean-Claude who were so kind, thoughtful and welcoming to us. As we said to them when we unfortunately had to leave, we sincerely hope it was not 'au revoir' but 'a bientot'! Chris and Joan, Australia.

Very warm welcome with tea and fruit in the sunshine... Beatrice and her husband so helpful we would have stayed longer but we had an agenda! We prefer to have the loo ensuite with the bathroom which was not the case here but the guest room is on the ground floor and you are unlikely to meet anyone in the night... I suspect building regs got the better of them. I would definately stay again if passing through. Had good dinner at a local Chateaux restaurant, can't remember the name - sorry...

At Le Clos de Bartinquie we discovered a little Paradise. The old stone house, located in a beautiful setting, near Lalinde, is immersed in a splendid nature. It is decorated with style and precious details, reflecting the class of Beatrice. The place is really charming and relaxing, with a beautiful swimming pool. The warm welcome of Beatrice and Jean-Claude made us feel at home. The wide room is romantic with a beautiful view and a nice perfume of flowers. The breakfast is excellent and with the freshest ingredients. We loved this place, it is 100% recommendable for unforgetting holidays! Thanks to all lovely Moreau family.
