Chambres d'hôtes sur la courtine

This is a clean and comfortable chambre d'hote with fabulous views from the ramparts of the old town. The only mild criticism is that we would have liked a croissant with our breakfast rather than just bread. The selection of jams was excellent as was the variety of teas available. All in all a very good experience.

The family suite was perfect for us. The rooms were old-fashioned, and the bathroom could do with some upgrading, but it was very comfortable and charming, and the style was very much in keeping with age of the property and its very pretty gardens. Breakfast was simple, but lovely, with baguettes and a range of delicious conserves, yoghurt, fresh fruit from the gardens, apple juice and great coffee. Our hostess was also very welcoming.

The location was outstanding the rooms could do with some updating but the hostess was very helpful and very willing.
